SWACHHTA ABHIYAN

Awareness program for Swachh Bharat Mission and Water Conservation. Organized road shows and rallies for increasing awareness of swachhta and water conservation and water bodies. In between done nukkad natak and other cultural activities.

HARIYALI PROJECT

Village level plantation and forest development program. During the project we developed awareness in villagers from plantation, some highlights of the projects:

• Run Training for Awareness Program For Plantation Of Trees.
• Plantation of 1000 trees in various gram panchayat.
• Installation Of Tree Guards.

INTEGRATED WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (IWMP)

Planning level PRA.
Acted as the project executioner agency from 2010-2011 & 2017-2018 for developing 5-year development plan in PPP model as per the guidance of Govt. of India.
Key area of concern were Jal, Jangal, Jameen and Janwar.

MID-DAY MEALS

Provided Mid-Day meals in 75 schools to more than 4000 children.
Provided hygienic and nutritious mid-day meals for over 4000 kids across 75 schools of Dhamtari city from the last 9 years.
During COVID-19 we provided packed sukha ration for children.

EDUCATIONAL TOUR PROGRAM

Disha bodhak bhraman of model villages of watershed (Ralegaon Siddhi and Hivde Bazar) regional and historic places.

1. Organized camps to spread awareness on biodiversity as per the guidance of watershed management committees.
2. Evaluation Methodology as per the norms of Government of India & Government of Chhattisgarh.

FOUNDATION OF BIO DIVERSITY COMMITTEES

Foundation of panchayat level Bio Diversity Committees.
Creation and organization of bio diversity committees in Gram Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat and Zila Panchayat.
Spread awareness and information about local biodiversity conservation and protection of bio diversity.
Registration of Bio Diversity Committees in PBR (Peoples Bio-Diversity Register).

CREATION OF PEOPLE’S BIO-DIVERSITY REGISTER (PBR)

Collection of information about bio-diversity in panchayat level.

1. Collection of information about bio-diversity from panchayat and villages.
2. Survey of village, forest and fields for collecting information about bio-diversity.
3. Public involvement and PRA activity to collect information about bio-diversity.
4. Publishing and printing of PBR.

TRAINING OF SELF HELP GROUPS

Empowering self-help groups

1. Empowering women associated with Self–Help Groups to develop their livelihood.
2. Provided training for maintenance of records and documentation.

JAL JEEVAN MISSION (JJM)

Impaneled as support agency for execution of Jal Jeevan Mission.
Creation of VWSC (Village Water and Sanitation Committee) at village level.
Performing PRA activities for execution of Village Action Plan.
Awareness program for conservation and saving of pure drinking water.

1. Water testing using FTK (Field Test Kit) and uploading of data in the portal of Govt. of India (WQMIS).
2. Awareness program for pure drinking water and sanitation. Hand wash and awareness activities in schools and anganbadis.
3. H2S and biological treatment and testing of drinking water in villages with Jal Bahinis.

JAL JEEVAN MISSION (JJM) - Training and Skill Development

1. Skill development of VWSC and record keeping training.
2. Skill development of Plumber, Pump Operators and Helpers for maintenance of infrastructure of JJM.
3. Collection of monthly revenue and maintaining expenditure details of VWSC.

AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR GOVT. SCHEMES

Organizing village road shows and nukkad natak for awareness of Govt. schemes and their execution and implementation.
As per the instruction of Govt. of Chhattisgarh, conducting nukkad natak and cultural activities in villages to spread awareness of Govt. schemes and their execution.
